SingleHop Extends cPanel Partnership, Offers Cost-Effective Support for cPanel Products

Chicago-based dedicated and managed hosting provider SingleHop announced the extension of its partnership with cPanel, a known Web hosting control panel provider.
Control panels allow users to manage dedicated servers and the accounts in them. cPanel’s control panels are currently the most widely used in the industry.

According to the partnership extension, cPanel is set to provide extensive dedicated support to SingleHop as well as access to the latest releases and versions of the company’s products. This will include the upcoming Enkompass, a control panel that is going to be designed for dedicated servers that use the Windows platform.

SingleHop, for its part, will undergo annual training and participate in conferences organized by cPanel. It will also work with the control panel provider to provide clients with free migrations from other control panels.
SingleHop will also make cPanel’s products available at the lowest prices in the industry to benefit clients with greater savings. The webhosting company is set to offer cPanel at $19 per month.

While SingleHop will still continue to offer control panels developed by other vendors, the extension of the partnership with cPanel will cement the close relationship between the two companies. SingleHop’s commitment towards products developed by cPanel reflects the company’s commitment to providing high levels of support to its clients, comments cPanel VP for operations Aaron Phillips.

Andy Pace, VP of operations at SingleHop also added that the newly forged partnership will give SingleHop enhanced abilities to provide reliable assistance to its clients. Not only will customers get the best prices for cPanel products in the industry, they will also be able to benefit from the assistance of the support team to make migration or other complex issues easier to resolve. With cPanel mproducts, the support options provided by SingleHop are going to be limitless, he says.
