One of the most principal facets of doing substantially better in the search engines (assuming the basic principle suchlike great content are taken care of) is producing links aimed at your website. You can drive this a few different ways, some taken positively by the engines and some not so happily.
One of the true styles, that the serps think is all right is link building with articles.
Essentially this requires writing a nice article, preferably about something from your niche, and then posting it to a free article directory.
You really shouldn’t lowball the seriousness of link building. If there is one indicator that is important to the search engines, on the whole, it is links. Sure, there are loads of other signals, such as the domain name, but you are kidding if you imagine you are going to be listed well, and easily discovered, if you do not cause any links.
Building links with articles is easy. It is something the search engines say is okay. And, it adds value to the web, by providing valuable content that might be interesting or useful to users. The real question is what are you waiting for?
