The basic elements of the Elite Rectangular Freestanding Rooms are -

The Glass

At a standard, 10mm or 12mm toughened or laminated glass is used to ensure strength as well as long lasting stability of the structure. Customization is also done at request.

The Hardware

High grade Stainless Steel is used for the fittings to ensure good quality. Glass to glass sliding door corners have stainless steel sliding track and corner strut with stainless steel sliding door hanger of the Eclipse range. Glass panels are held together with glass-to-glass -inch socket wrench fastening and the gaps between the panels are taken care of by the stainless steel inline strut. Adequate glass cushioning ensures that the glass stays undamaged over a long period.

Special care is taken in the area where the glass panel joins the wall or partition. A stainless steel strut assembly and inch socket wrench holds it fast. The corners are reinforced with stainless steel adjustable struss. An Eclipse range of stainless steel head rod runs the full length of the front face - from which the sliding door system is suspended. The head rod gives stability to the free standing structure. Durability of the hardware is ensured with protective polyester powder coating if required.

The Elite “pods” are easily assembled and Avanti’s Eclipse range of hardware products come handy in the assembly. The whole range of Glass to Glass hinges, Glass to Glass angle bends, Sliding Glass Door fittings and channels, door handles and locks - etc are all of use in installing the seamless office enclosure that is the Elite rectangular freestanding rooms.
